Personal Training
Personalize your Fitness Program
When you work with a Posture Perfect Personal Trainer, you’ll benefit from a program that’s personalized and custom-built to your goals. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or just look and feel better, your Personal Trainer will take the guesswork out of how to get there.
What is Posture Perfect Personal Training?
Posture Perfect Personal Training (PT) is designed to help you achieve your goals faster. Your personal trainer will walk you through cardio, flexibility, abdominal, and upper and lower body resistance workouts. The program is based on the five components of fitness: cardio, resistance training, food intake, vitamins and supplements, and professional assistance.
How Does Personal Training Work?
Your trainer will begin by identifying your goals and creating a personalized fitness plan. During each session, you’ll learn the best exercises for your needs. Your trainer will also guide you on the proper amount of weight and number of reps, how long to rest between sets, and how to avoid injury. With this expert knowledge, you’ll get more from every workout and make steady progress towards your goals!
What to Expect at Your Initial PT Sessions
Session 1: Fitness Assessment and Program Setup
The focus of your first session is to set up your program. You and your trainer will discuss your goals and assess your current fitness level. Your trainer will then lead you through an intense workout including an introduction to cardio and core exercises.
Session 2: Program Review and Workout
Your trainer will start by reviewing your individualized program. We’ll also give you in a nutrition program. Next, you’ll hit the floor for another intense workout that’s tailored to your goals.
Session 3 and Beyond
