Diabetic Neuropathy

About 60 to 70 percent of people with diabetes develop a condition known as diabetic neuropathy. This nerve disorder can cause tingling, pain, or numbness in the extremities. If left untreated, it can even spread to the heart and digestive tract, causing irreparable damage. Usually, diabetic neuropathy is caused by having high blood glucose for extended periods of time. This weakens the blood vessels that provide oxygen to nerves, slowly damaging them. At the Posture Perfect Wellness Center, we can provide pain relief treatment for your arm and leg pain through chiropractic adjustments as well as stimulation therapy.
